Dhammachari Lokamitra

Born in London 1947, he was ordained into the Western Buddhist Order (WBO) in 1974 by Sangharakshita, a trusted associate of Dr. Ambedkar. He is a well known figure in the Buddhist world. In 1977, he visited India as an Anagarika to learn Yoga and visit holy Buddhist sites. He was deeply affected by Deekshabhoomi sight in 1977 where he saw impact of conversion movement launched by Babasaheb Ambedkar. Since then, he is living in India and his life and mission is dedicated to movement of Babasaheb Ambedkar. He was instrumental in initiating activities of TBMSG in India.

Dhammachari Maitreynath

Ordained into the TBMSG in 1985, he has been working with Lokamitra for over twenty years, playing a leading role in initiating and developing social projects run according to the Buddha's teaching on Right Livelihood in Pune, Nagpur, Gujarat and Bombay.

Dhammachari Vivekmitra

He is worked in a capacity as centre manager of Manuski Center,Pune and Kondhanpur Retreat Center. He worked in Windhorse Trading House, UK, for a few years before joining Jambudvipa.

Mangesh Dahiwale

He is an electronic engineer by education. After a brief stint as an officer in the Ministry of Commerce; he left the job in order to work with the Jambudvipa. He is involved in publicity, communication and a contact for national and international agencies. He works closely with Lokamitra and assists him.

Priyadarshi Telang

He is a computer engineer by education. After working with public sector and private companies, he ventured into Business area for some time. He joined Jambudvipa and involved in coordination of various projects, publicity and communication. He is also involved in resource management within the trust and without.

Haresh Dalvi

He is a trained social worker and hold masters in Social work from reputed Tata Institute of Social Science (TISS), Mumbai. He is planning to pursue his doctorate in social work. He worked in the health sector and his experience is wide. He was actively involved in relief work following Gujarat Earthquake in 2001 and Tsunami disaster in 2004. He is now working as a Project Officer in Manuski. Sachin and Haresh forms an effective team and they have been working together since many years.
